Where are your showrooms located?
We have two large showrooms — one in McAllen and one in Brownsville, Texas. Both locations feature extensive floor displays and expert staff ready to assist you. Contact us for addresses, hours, and directions.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome. That said, if you’re working on a larger project and would like dedicated one-on-one time with a consultant, scheduling an appointment ensures we’re fully prepared for you.
What should I bring to my visit?
The more context you bring, the better we can help. We recommend:

- Room dimensions or architectural plans

- Your budget range
Don’t worry if you don’t have everything, our consultants are skilled at working from scratch too.

A selection of items is available for immediate purchase in our showrooms. Many more are available via special order directly from our vendors. Our team will walk you through all available options and confirm availability before you commit.
How long does delivery take?
Lead times vary by manufacturer and product. Most orders arrive within a few weeks. We’ll provide a realistic estimate at the time of purchase so you can plan accordingly.
Can I customize a fixture’s finish or size?
Many of our vendors offer a range of finishes, sizes, and configurations. Our consultants will help you explore what’s available and identify the best options for your space and style.

Do you work with builders, contractors, or interior designers?
Yes, and we enjoy it. We regularly collaborate with industry professionals on both residential and commercial projects, serving as a reliable resource from initial selection through final delivery.
Do you offer installation services?
We don’t provide installation, but we’re happy to coordinate closely with your electrician or contractor to ensure everything specified is accurate and arrives on time.

How is pricing determined?
Pricing varies based on the brand, product, and quantity selected. We carry options across a wide range of budgets and will work with you to find the best value for your project.
Do you offer price matching?
Yes. If you find the identical product at a lower price from an authorized retailer, share the details with us, and we’ll do our best to match it.
Is payment required upfront?
Special orders typically require payment at the time of purchase. Our team will clearly explain all payment expectations before anything is ordered, so there are no surprises.
RETURNS & SUPPORT
What is your return policy?
Most uninstalled items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Some special orders are subject to restocking fees depending on the vendor. We’ll walk you through the applicable policy before you purchase, so you always know where you stand.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll coordinate directly with the manufacturer to resolve the issue — whether that means a replacement part, a new unit, or another solution — and we’ll stay with you until it’s sorted.
